Established in 1956, Rocky Creek Lodge has welcomed generation after generation. We know the hospitality business and pride ourselves as being "Texas Friendly"....

We love our "regulars" and seeing their families grow each year is a real treat to us. We have guests that would go no where else for their family vacations and we deliver professional, heart felt service to each and every one. Even the family pets are welcome guests!

Our goal is for you to become a part of our family! We invite you to become a part of our family. We will work very hard to make your vacation dollar well spent. We work hard for our guests to return every year and leave with a vacation filled with good memories of the time spent together with family and friends. Rocky Creek Lodge History

The lodge began welcoming guests in 1956 by the founders, the Prichetts. In 1958, Dean and Doris Orton bought Rocky Creek Lodge, made many new additions and set the standard for customer service and policy. They added the larger, covered and lighted boat docks, buildt the covered dry boat storage and added a swimming pool. The trolley still carries guests up and down the cliff today!

Ann Casey bought the lodge in 2000 and has a vision to expand the guest amenities to include a restaurant, day spa, larger and newer cabins. In 2007, she formed the BlueWater Bluffs Subdivision to offer ownership to Customers in a gated community which will allow owners to lease their vacation homes through the management office. To date, the response has been overwhelmly sucessful.
